One Week from 4.0 Launch!

 We’re just one week away from launching WRMD 4.0! 

All of your records are being securely migrated to the new system. All data will be fully backed up.

Scheduled Downtime

WRMD will be offline for data migration from

3PM – 11:00PM PST on December 14th 

While the site will be available afterward, some data will continue migrating for up to 24 hours.

 What To Expect During Launch Day

    • The main migration happens relatively quickly, and most patient data will be ready when you first log in.

    • Some other migrations, like lab data and attachments, will continue to migrate, even after WRMD 4.0 becomes available.

    • WRMD will be available again at 11:00 PM on December 14th, and you may log in at that time. However, certain data types will continue migrating for up to 24 hours. All remaining data should be fully migrated by 11:00 PM PST on December 15th.

 WRMD 4.0: Standard vs. Pro

Everyone will be upgraded to our new version, WRMD 4.0. Along with this launch, we will also be offering the option to upgrade to our paid platform, WRMD Pro. Here’s a quick look at what will be included in the free WRMD Standard tier and what you’ll unlock with WRMD Pro:
